Tab coloring lag in SSMS 18.12.1

Since upgrading to SSMS 18.12.1, tab coloring isn't working correctly. When I open a new tab, it's blue (the default color for no connection). When I click on another tab and come back to the original tab, the color is changed to the expected color. Also, even though I have the option selected to use gradient colors, this is being ignored so all the tabs blend together because they are the same color. I upgraded to SQL Prompt 10.12.2.28458, but the issue persists.

Update: The problem went away on its own. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Thank you for your inquiry into SQL Prompt we are sorry to hear it is giving you trouble.

    We unfortunately were unable to replicate the issue on our end regarding the tabs not being the correct color when connected to a database using SSMS 18.12.1 and SQL Prompt 10.12.2 and may need a little more information to hopefully narrow down the issue.

    We have opened a case and sent an email to inquire for further information.
