Restore Issue not able to add data /Log files

I am trying to restore the database from a backup file which is created using Red-gate's SQL Backup 5 tool but at the Step 2: Select destination database step I have selected the create new database option but I am not able to add files under File Groups and Files section, where u get Name & Restore as , when I click on the browse button it doesn't give the popup scree.. Please help..we bought the tool last week and giving all error not able to do anything successfully.
