I am not sure some of my dependencies are getting added to SmartAssembly (8.1.0.4892). Even when I have it scan for dependencies, it's not find some, even though they are in the Input directory and they are also in the manifest. They are not showing up in the Assemblies cannot be embedded list either. What am I missing?
