Hi @miamikk
Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate Forums regarding your SQL Monitor question.
I've reviewed the patch notes and can see that functionality for maintenance windows was improved in major release 9 - specifically version v9.2.13.
They were renamed from Maintenance Windows to Alert Suppression Windows to allow a larger scope of their usage
This functionality has grown through the major releases, these are some links from it's change in V9 through to our current major release V12
v9 docs : https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm9/configuring-sql-monitor/suppressing-alerts
I was unable to track a product serial against your profile so am unsure if you are eligible for upgrades past major release V8. If you do have a serial # are you able to share it so we can look further.
You can log a ticket through https://productsupport.red-gate.com/hc/en-us or support@red-gate.com if you prefer not to disclose over the forum.

Hi @Jon_Kirkwood, thanks for your feedback. Is it safe to assume that our current V8 does not the functionality to configure multiple maintenance windows ?
I will have our infrastructure team to contact Redgate support team with Serail# to check on the upgrade eligibility and requirements etc.
