We are about to migrate from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008, so this won't be an issue for us over time. But it *could* be useful during migration.
After generating the schema from a SQL Server 2000 instance, SQL Data Compare 8 would not see the script (Comparison key, Compare, right hand Table Name, and Columns in Comparison would be empty, and mapping would show Unmapped, and I couldn't change it).
