This has been asked already a while ago. Did anyone find a solution? I've tried with a user defined as 'mysql_native_password' but with the same result. I have also checked Devarts forum and they had indeed a problem reported. So that probably means that in 'MySQL compare' an old library has been used not supporting MySQL 8.0 correctly. I've also tried to get direct support but this product is only supported via the forum. Does look to me that this tool has not a very high prio.
