Recently I learned that Lighthouse-WriteEvent routine has been blocking my production application. I am not sure from where this routine is being invoked (like where is it configured). I would like to understand it’s working principles as well as remove temp db from its configuration. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

I thought I should provide more details -
1. Application is MS Dynamics AX.
2. Hosted on OnPrem SQL Server.
3. Reason I am unaware of the details is that it predates my time at the organization.
4. I couldn't find anything in the Windows Program List that remotely connects to the Lighthouse, Redgate or DLM Dashboard.
