Breaking Change / Bug List

Is there a link for existing breaking changes / bugs that are known after an update is applied? I applied the latest update to fix and issue, but it seems to have caused a different issue. It seems it would be nice to have reference to an active list of known issues after such an update instead of having to place a ticket each time just to be told they already know about it.

    There currently is not a system in place with a list of known issues/bug for versions.
