Accidently cleared alarms in RGM, can i "unclear" them?

  This is definitely possible, you can search for cleared and unclear them, or search for Read and mark them Unread. 
  
  There's some filtering options that can be set within the Alerts tab that should allow the require parameters to be set.
  
  
  I don't have any deadlocking on test environment but you can then select all or specific events from results of filter and mark as unread.
