Unable to connect to SQL Managed Instance

I can connect to on-premise resources just fine, but when I attempt to connect to a SQL Managed Instance I receive the following error:

The problem occurs with both the "Integrated Authentication" and the "Password Authentication" options.

I am running version 5.2.0.2812 -

Hi @a.higgins,

I've seen this issue happen before and I believe this has been fixed in one of the more recent releases.

Can I get you to update to the latest and try again?
