In question #9, It should be Azure SQL Managed Instance, not Azure Management Instance. And maybe Azure Cosmos DB should be in there as well?

Can I complete the survey a second time? I made the assumption that the holiday that we were about to book would take priority, but my amazing wife has just suggested that I go to the conference and we plan our holiday around that, instead! I need to change the options I chose, because I intend to be there.

We're just about to announce the date of this year's Summit with the thousands of Summit 2021 registered community members and I wanted to let you all know first!
