How To connect to Azure SQL "Database restricted" Server?

Hi there, I am having trouble to connect to an azure sql server. The thing is you can only connect to that server if you specify the database, otherwise you cant connect. The problem is the Connect form only allows me to specify the server, not the database, therefore it fails to connect. I thought to edit the file by my self to add a Database="databasename", yet I cannot save it to edit it if I cannot connect. Any help/Ideas?

    Hi @CristianAcosta

    I assume you're trying to connect directly through SQL Doc. Instead of doing this, could I ask you to try connect via SSMS, where you can specify a database upon connection, and then use the Right Click > Document [server] option?
