add additional info to servers being monitored

Not sure if this is possible or it may be a case of me missing it :)
we'd like to store some info about each sql instance in SQL monitor e.g. what app it supports, don't really want to create a group for each app being supported as some may only have one instance

    Starting with version 12.0.6, you are now able to use tags to organize instances.
