We've run in to an issue where ActiveDirectory authentication breaks after updating to 12.10 (12.0.10.19717). It seems every time we update, there's an issue and we cannot use the product. Am I the only one who experiences these upgrade difficulties?

No, I just upgraded to 12.10 and now I can't login on systems where the base monitor and web monitor are separate.

Yeah, it looks like some changes to their AD integration has some bugs. My solution was to drop the integration out of the table, then login as local admin...and set up the AD auth again. I'm able to get in with my AD account now; However, some users are still getting failures and RG support has been slow to respond to my ticket.

Lovely. Thanks for the potential work around. I will give it a try.

Just to confirm and for the benefit of others. pbleggi solution worked for me as well. I basically ran the procedure documented here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm12/troubleshooting/can-t-log-in-to-sql-monitor-with-active-directory/incorrect-service-account-credentials just against my primary web host that connects to multiple base monitores. And it ended up fixing it on all of my web and base monitors.
