Thanks for your post.
Unfortunately, no, the command line doesn't support "where" clauses on compared tables.
You could use the GUI to create a project and save it. Then in the cmd line use /project switch.

@Sarah B Thank you for helpful suggestion - that approach should solve my immediate issue. If there's an opportunity for a command line enhancement someday in the future, supporting "where" clauses is something I would request considering. Thank you again, Sarah!
