Ideas for teams to stay connected via remote or hybrid circumstances

I want to ask the group some of the ideas they've had during this time to stay connected—virtual meetings, small outdoor meetups, etc. There may be some ways I haven't thought of that would help others as we continue to adjust our work environments. Also, thinking of some ways to help team members feel that they are still part of a team even when isolated.
