Exclude Offline database from SQL Monitor

I have a database that is only online for one day a month to act as a source for finance reporting.  The rest of the time it is offline.  It appears that SQL Monitor is trying to access it every few minutes, and raises an error in the SQL Server log, even though I have disabled all DB specific alerting for that database.  Is there some SQL Monitor process that tries to enumerate all of the databases on an instance?

    Based on past experiences, I would say that there's a very good chance this will resolve it.  I have deployed 13.0.2, but I haven't seen this alert on any of my systems since I had cleared the procedure cache last week.  So for me, success will be measured by no more occurrences of this alert.

    But if there is anyone out there still getting this alert who hasn't deployed 13.0.2 yet.  It would be interesting to get confirmation that it indeed goes away after updating.

    same for me, i haven't seen this Alert on our Servers since the upgrade to 13.0.2.
