Add quotes and commas function no longer works

For last two updates, Add quotes and commas function has not worked. No error messages, simply does not do anything at all.

This has affected 10.6.14.20978 and 10.6.13.20795.

I have rolled back to 10.6.12.20269 which has corrected the issue.

We were already aware of it, and are currently working on a fix that will go out in the next release.
