  For precons, it would be good if the payment model would be public or accessible on demand/request.
  
  Given the amount of work that goes into a precon, I'd expect more and better submissions if speakers knew what compensation to expect.
  
  the way it's currently worded, this looks like precon speakers would not get compensated.

  Please could you DM me on Slack the sentence where it doesn't sound like speakers would be compensated, is that on the website or on sessionise?
