Prompt does not work with SSMS 18.9.

  Please could you confirm which version of SQL Prompt you are using? SSMS 18.9.1 should work with the latest version (10.6.8).

  I am not sure what it is. I can get the menus to work but they don't go anywhere so I can't get the version.

  Unfortunately SQL Prompt 9 does not work with SSMS 18.5 or later. This is due to a breaking change within SSMS which was addressed in a later version of SQL Prompt 10. 
  
  In order to use SSMS 18.5 or later you will need to purchase a SQL Prompt 10 license. Otherwise you will need to downgrade to SSMS 18.4 to continue using SQL Prompt 9.

  Not sure if my company would approve upgrade price. And I tried to reinstall the 18.4 version but it would work correctly. Oh well.

  As far as I am aware, if your support and upgrades contract has expired, you will need to purchase a full new license. We do now offer SQL Prompt on subscription as well as perpetual licensing. Please feel free to contact our sales team for more information.

  Same here: SSMS 18.9.1 and SQL Prompt 10... SSMS just opens, is unresponsive, then crashes.

  Updated to SQL prompt to 10.6.15.21056 running SSMS v18.9.1 this morning  - getting random crashes all afternoon. Got an error message once - but I didn't capture it. Other times, it just restarts. Sometimes I get lucky and can recover my work. Will try to capture the error next time.
