How can I fix internal SQL Monitor Error for event QueryWaitStatsSampler?

  Can you confirm the exact version of SQL Monitor 11 that you're using from the Configuration>Abouts page?
  

  I ask because the issue you're mentioning looks like one that was fixed in later versions of the tool.
