For the update and for raising a ticket—appreciate you looking into the missing support request. As an MCT, I’m following up specifically regarding the free license for SQL Toolbelt and would be grateful if this can be reviewed as part of the ticket. Waiting on support can sometimes feel like hitting play music and hoping the right track finally starts, so I appreciate your help in getting this back on track and look forward to your response via the support system.
