Option to disable / enable populating changed tables

Hi,
Is it possible to disable / enable the population of changed tables.
for example :-
  1.  Some tables have changed and i want the original data put back.
  2. Some tables have changed but have new fields or constraints that means the original data could not be re-inserted without the new field etc..
  3. It would be great to disable population of the new / changed tables

For now all i do is comment out the INSERT INTO part the of the generated script
