where should i define Custom Webhook messages?

Here is stated for microsoft teams notification should be customized

but where should i config this custom message?
all i see here is url field.
where is webhook custom message configuration?

Apologies to hear you are having this issue with SQL monitor.
Could I confirm the version of SQL monitor you are using?
This feature was added in 10.0.5 you can check out the release notes here https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/release-notes-and-other-versions/sql-monitor-10-0-release-notes
