Good Morning and thanks for your inquiry with SQL Monitor.Can you try increasing the memory quota for WMI to see if that helps?

Thanks, I did change the setting, but I need to wait until our next outage window so the server can be rebooted. I'll report back if this helps with the issue

Sometimes it will self resolve after a long period of time, or if I force a retry on the connection it usually will come back for a while. Repeat this cycle over and again.
Recent changes in our environment include some firewall items, but wouldn't that lead to NO connectivity as opposed to limited or intermittent?
