Azure Devops Server extension validation error

Hello,

I would like to ask you for advice in solving the problem. When creating a POC, I have Azure DevOps Server 2020 installed in the test environment and I am trying to deploy the each of SQL Change Automation extension. I'm getting an error when I try to upload

Extension validation error

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=4.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
