  Time and day for the snapshot are not configurable. It's taken on Sundays at midnight. 
  
  I will highlight to the development team that configuring a time and day for the snapshot to be taken would be preferable.

  Hi Andy - there was a reason yes, it's in case we ever decide to stop running our servers 24/7.
