Add/Remove Square Brackets Option Not Saving

Under the Format/Styles section in the Options, the 'Add/Remove square brackets' checkbox does not save. To test:
1) Open SSMS or VS 2019. Open options and check this box.
2) Close SSMS or VS 2019.
3) Re-Open SSMS or VS 2019. Option options. This box will now be unchecked.

    Hi John,

    I have tried with the SSMS 18.8 and SQL Prompt 10.5.5. The changes to the option were getting saved. Could you try with the latest SQL Prompt version and see if the issue is reproducible.
