AWS Babelfish is supposed to let applications running against SQL Server to run against AWS PostGres RDS with little or no code changes.
Has anyone taken a look at this yet?  If it works then this has the potential for Redgate products to be used against RedShift, Aurora PostGres or RDS Postgres.  That could be huge!

I'm really curious about Babelfish -- especially for uses outside AWS.  (It is open source after all.)  I suspect the Redgate tools dig deeper into the innards of SQL Server than Babelfish paves over though.  My guess is it won't work.  I've had similar experiences with the Redgate MySQL tools on "MySQL compatible" databases.  Purely a guess though.
