Job for sp_delete_backuphistory?

When I look at the "SQL Server backup history" section of the File Management Options, I selected to delete old backup history older than 60 days. My question is does this create a job on the server that runs sp_delete_backuphistory on the server, or does it only run when I open the SQL Backup program.

    Hi meklembl,

    When the delete history option is selected, SQL Backup will run the stored procedure to delete when the backups have finished.

    No job is created on the server so if no backups are being run, nothing is deleted.
