how do I monitor log growth

I coudnt find a good configration seeting to monitor the user database log, their DATABASE FILE USAGE ALERT
but exterimly sending out mails, am able to monitor temp logs, but not user databases or disk size and get notification from redgate monitor. Any idea on this ?

This custom metric might help https://sqlmonitormetrics.red-gate.com/percentage-of-free-log-space/ if you mean an alert for log size. You can then setup an alert email for that custom metric.
