Bug: Formatting fails for Sql DW syntax

Happens consistently with 100% repro on sql dw table definition (formatting of regular tables works fine). Here's the excerpt from the log with verbose logging = on:

    Hi @KostaS ,

    Just copying my message here which I've sent in our Support ticket:

    Our developers have taken a look at this and have added this to their issue tracking system. However, since we don't officially support SQL DW, I'm very sorry to say that we don't have any timeline for a fix as of now. 

    With that said, it will be helpful to know how many users are affected by this. To other users who view this, please do let us know below if you are using SQL DW.

    We do use SQL DW, otherwise I wouldn't find this problem.
