Uanble to connect Redgate Sql backup to AWS RDS database.

-We are trying to connect Redgate sql backup to AWS RDS as its giving sysadmin previllege error.
-as we know sysadmin role can not been assigned to AWS RDS.
-Is there any way to connect to SQL backup to AWS RDS.
-Note- we don't have any access key and secret access key.

    Unfortunately, SQL Backup requires that the user account running the SQL Backup Agent service to have the SQL Server sysadmin server role.
