Transferring the SQL Compare license to a new PC

Hi all,
I am about to upgrade my PC. Its disk is going to be formatted.
The PC has the SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare installed (version 10.7.0.18).
This PC is not connected to the web and can be accessed only within the organization.
How can I move the SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare license?

    Hi @MickyK,

    Thanks for posting.

    Because you're not connected to the web you'll need to free up your entitlement via the customer portal and then activate using manual activation.
