Receiving error "Failed to connect to IPC Port: Access is denied"?

When trying to profile a .Net executable, the error "Failed to connect to IPC Port: Access is denied"? appears. I have executed the ANTS Performance Profiler as Administrator as well and still get the error. Why? How do I remedy the issue?

    What account is the APP service running as? Is that an administrative account as well?
