My organisation locks out Windows logins after two failed attempts, but when logging into SQL Monitor, my account will be locked after only one. It's the only application I'm using which does this. Does anyone else see this behaviour? Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

Hi @enicholls,
If the supplied credentials are incorrect, SQL Monitor will automatically try again. Sorry to say there isn't a way to change this behavior at the moment.
I've found an existing request for SQL Monitor to only try once here: https://sqlmonitor.uservoice.com/forums/91743-suggestions/suggestions/16845169-keep-from-locking-account-when-registering-server Can you please vote on the request and add your feedback?

Hi Jessica,Thanks for the quick reply! I get this problem when logging into the SQL Monitor dashboard, rather than when registering a server. Can I include that on the existing request or is it a separate issue?

Hi @enicholls,
Thank you for pointing that out!
Can you please log a separate request for the case of logging in? -
No problem, I've done that now and it's here:
Thanks!
