Whether I select it from the ADS extensions gallery, or down load it from your announcement post in this forum, I get the same error:
One or more extensions are for Visual Studio Code. Try installing them in Visual Studio Code.
What am I missing?Comments

It's a little weird that no one from redgate has answered your question yet so here's the answer.
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+P in Azure Data Studio
2. Type 'vsix' and you'll find an option that says "Install from VSIX..."
3. Locate the file and confirm the installation

That worked. Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the slow reply Colin! I can see you've already got a great answer.
Another way is, from within Azure Data Studio, the File menu includes an Install Extension from VSIX option.

This should really be on the readme/get started page of the extension itself.

Raja's correct--or best of all would be a seamless into ADS like other extensions, and not via a zip file download.
