I have a cluster server with 2 nodes, we bought a license to monitor only one of them recently but the app detects the cluster and it is requesting the 2 licenses to monitor them.
Will the issue solve if we buy the additional license? Does SQL Monitor support cluster server?

Hi @Bob2020 thank you for your post!
SQL Monitor absolutely supports clustered servers but requires that every node in a cluster be licensed, so that you have insight into all nodes at any given time.
If you call up or email your Redgate account manager or rep they should be able to help you out with the second license and to ensure licensing matches your setup!
Let me know if you have any other questions - thank you very much! -
So its impossible if we want jusk add primary server?

Hi @ICTIPB thank you for your post
Correct, all nodes in a cluster must be added to SQL Monitor - however if you're interested in including any passive nodes then have a chat with your Redgate account manager who may be able to help
Thank you very much!
