Monitoring error (SQL Server data collection) keeps poping up

Redgate keeps sending this alert of some servers and alerts end automatically after 5 minutes every time.

What is the issue? We checked server and network. Not seen anything unusual.

    Have you changed the rights to the ID that connects to SQL Server?  Is the ID locked, does the ID have a bad password or the password changed but not updated within SQL Monitor connection string?  The every 5 minutes could be a default retry time.  Meaning, it fails to connect and will automatically try and connect again 5 minutes later.
