University training videos are aborting

I am attempting to view training videos for Data Masker and they will run for a second or two then abort. Why is that?

    Hi @patrick_j I'm not entirely sure why this might be happening - I've been able to verify that it is working for my self and a few colleagues this morning. Have you tried clearing cookies etc.?
    Are you able to include a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing? Thanks!

    I'm using the most recent Firefox. The same thing occurs on two machines. I start a class and after a few seconds I am redirected to https://www.red-gate.com/hub/university/courses/sql-provision/sql-provision. This does not happen with Microsoft Edge. Firefox plugins Disconnect and UBlock Origin are installed but disabled.Firefox Tracking Protection set to Stardard Level. For now I'll just use Edge.
