Table mapping is case sensitive (shouldn't)

Hi I was trying to compare a local db with the one on the server, everything goes well but the software can't compare anything as it doesn't find a match for each table, locally the tables start with Uppercase , remotely they are lowercase, and that's not allowing the comparison to run , there is no option to make table mapping case insensitive. Any idea please?

    I have this very same problem. It's even more annoying that there's doesn't seem to be any option to circumvent this already annoying limitation.
