I upgraded SSMS to 18.5, upgraded all the redgate tools as well, the datagenerator error went away, but I still see ComparePackage errors

@Robyn I have the same issue with SSMS 18.11.1 - I had to uninstall SQL after I installed RedGate - what version of SQLToolbeltEssentials should I use?

SQL Toolbelt Essentials doesn't have a version, this is just what we call a group of tools. Which tools are you using?

I'm using everything that comes with the SQLToolbelt - Compare, Data Compare, Data Generator, Dependency Tracker Doc, Multi Script, Prompt and Source Control.

All versions of the tools included in this installer should be compatible with SSMS 18.11.1

Unfortunately not all of the SSMS plugins yet support SSMS 19. You can see further details in the following article:

I updated to version 4.1.0.994 but still receive the error.
