Command Line execution randomly creates Fatal Execution Exception...

Basically, "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" error is being added to the Logs.

08:19:14.027|Fatal  |Command Line        |1  |Comparison of 'SQLBase.SF_RedGate_DevNext' and 'XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.DBName' failed: One or more errors occurred.
RedGate.Legacy.CommandLine.FatalExecutionException: Comparison of 'XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.DBName' and 'XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.DBName' failed: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

The database names / projects vary. The next time works just fine. I have update SSMS on the build computer.

Any ideas?
