SQL Prompt fails on SSMS 18.5 after install never opens after

    I tried to downgrade to SSMS 18.4, no help.  Same error.

    Upgraded to 18.5 again, rebooted. Downloaded the latest Sql Toolbelt, upgraded and it works now.
