Can I monitor four instances on a single SQL server ?

Hi, I am currently using the trial version of the SQL Monitor with hope of upgrading but I am confused of the number of SQL server (standalone) and instance that can be purchased for a single license. For example, I am currently using SQL server 2014 with four instances on the trial version. Will this remain the same as when I upgrade to the paid version?

Having used a trial version and then upgraded to a paid version, I can say it will remain the same.

The Trial version is a fully functional version, it's just time limited.
