The State of SQL Server Monitoring was launched in 2018. Since then, this annual survey and report results not only benefited the community but helped us shape our product development, as well as our marketing.
This year we are interested in gathering insight across database platforms, not just SQL Server.
The results will help us better understand the current state of database monitoring, no matter the platform. We want to learn about the current way you monitor your databases, instances, and servers on your estate, what tools you use (or if you do it manually), what platforms you run on, and the time it takes to complete tasks and fix problems.
If possible, we’d like all friends of Redgate to complete and share this survey. If you are unable to participate for whatever reason, please consider sharing the link with your networks - the more information we receive, the better the report we produce but also, importantly, the more money we can raise for the charity.
The survey is now open and will run until midnight GMT on April 30th 2020.

Hi everyone,
The State of SQL Server Monitoring was launched in 2018. Since then, this annual survey and report results not only benefited the community but helped us shape our product development, as well as our marketing.
Today I’m excited to announce the launch of the 2020 survey.
Each submission will receive an advanced copy of the report we will create from the responses. You’ll be entered into a draw to win a $500 Amazon voucher*, and for each submission we will donate $5 to the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

Thanks for your help
Becky
