Hello Friends,
We're excited to announce that we've just released version 10 of SQL Monitor! This forum post will detail the new features and tell you how you can help to promote this new release.
What's new
- Support for IT Service Management systems
Integrate SQL Monitor alerts with your ticket management system, so chosen alerts automatically raise tickets in systems like ServiceNow to save you from scheduling work manually.
- Annotate server overview graphs
You can now use our API and PowerShell to create custom annotations on the SQL Server overview graphs. Automatically add deployments from third-party tools, or manually note a change to measure the impact on your servers.
- Improved alert suppression
New suppression window configuration options provide you with granular control over what alerts are raised and where during specific times, such as maintenance windows.
This is just a snapshot of the improvements, to find out more about all the new features read our 'What's New' article.
If you already have a SQL Monitor license, you can upgrade to the latest version in-tool or
download it from our website. If you don't have a license and would like to try it out, email me to get your NFR license.
