Why the 50 database limit?

Is it performance-related? It looks like a nice tool, but we are one dev team that manages all databases for the company (47 per environment).

    It's not in Red Gate's interest to make it too useful... and now (according to another post) they are not continuing development I wouldn't expect an answer here.
    No doubt a commercial offering will be along at some time.
