Can't find "Empty process" when creating a build

I'm following a video on SQL Change Automation and the instructor says that to create a build, we need to first create or start with an Empty process. Where is that in Azure DevOps? I can't find a starting point for a pipeline for SQL change automation. There are a lot of templates to start with but I can't see the option for empty process like the instructor says in the video.

    Oh I think I found it! I have to start with "Other Git" not "Azure Repos Git" Newbie here.
