SQL Monitor 9.25 run on IIS 10

Is SQL Monitor 9.25 able to run in IIS 10? I recently installed on the new II web Server 2016 with IIS 10 and keep getting this error

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

Do I need to do anything else? I have been Google and tried so many things and does not work out and keep getting this error above.

Yes SQL Monitor runs on IIS 10 - full setup instructions here https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/getting-started/installing/choosing-the-web-server/installing-sql-monitor-on-iis. A 404 suggests that the path to the website directory isn't correct.
